Oud Rex is a fragrance intended to be fit for royalty. The base consists of of old-school Vietnamese ouds, the perfume exudes leathery chords layered with tobacco, hay, and a whisper of citrus, finishing with an animalic edge. However this has been updated by bringing in an even more robust collection. The main components of this release are Terengganu plus an accompanying shot of Kelantan, and embraces the sophistication of French perfumery. It is comprised of 70 selected ingredients with key notes: pear-laced aged ruh gulab, civet, oak, bourbon vanilla, and Terengganu oud.
